KKMOON OBDII V1.5

LONELEC DUCATI 4 PIN DDA TO 16 PIN OBDII

Hello,
I need some help for a connection problem between my bike and my computer.
I have a Monster 1100 MY2009 with Siemens ECU, Windows 7 Home and I use the M3C9 software with the following cables:

KKMOON OBDII V1.5

Here a screen capture that I receive with the OBDII in connection on COM1 (same setting on the software, COM1 @ 38400 bps)

The blue line increases and decreases, but I do not have any data from the ECU, even with the Copy button.
Sorry if I wrote bad things, I just begin to understand all this and thank you for the help!

Smile

Merci encore, salut!

Hello jpl250rs,

Long time no talk. How are you? Hey, I got a check engine light and the Hypermotard EVO SP 1100 started to run in 1 cylinder only. I'm trying to connect using "M3C9c" with my Bluetooth OBDII ELM327 as I always did, but I'm receiving a message saying that: "COMM 3 is being used by another program, please come back later"  Embarassed

Could you please support me, how can I get the connection again? I changed all com ports and for a Bluetooth connection I have (paired).

The problem is with your computer. The easiest fix is to open Device manager, right click on COM Port to open it's properties. Then open the tab for Port settings, click on Advanced and select an available COM port using the Change COM port number option.
There is a way of resetting the COM ports but I can't remember it as I normally use a Mac and I'm not too familiar with Windows OS versions.

First of all thank you very much for the quick answers and questions. Okay

I just reset all COM PORTS to zero (deleted), re-instaled M3C9 and re-move/re-installed OBDII Bluetooth.

INSTRUCTIONS TO RESET COM PORTS: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7-hardware/re-set-com-ports/e30b07b8-b0e9-4edc-8f44-c172e1053fdc?auth=1

 Derek,
I fully agree it must be a windows 10 issue and because of that, I feel very uncomfortable to borrow you guys with windows issues. I download a random OBDII SW just to double-check communication and it is working perfectly.

 jpl250rs,
I did not specifically choose COM3, it was the one working last year and was pre-set already, but now, doesn't matter the value I use, I can not communicate with M3C9. Shocked Exclamation Question Idea
(I only Have JetPrime and OxyMett talking to ECU).

Video from last year..

Today's picture 1 and 2

comport value , cannot be random ,
you have to check which one to use in device manager.
it may have change since last year

Here we go again, straight from my garage in Rio de Janeiro  Shocked .. Yes, it took me all this days to figure it out how to fix "Windows 10", oh I rate it with all my power.. but, let's move on..

Please have a look at the picture and please let me know if we can re-write the odo to the proper value (it is now 0km) and if we have some updates, like fuel change in the "closed loop" area?
