how to check if your throttle command is working:
1- start melcodiag and wait it finish to initialize
2- open passive test tab
3 - tick refresh in the frame where APS is displayed
4 - turn the trottle command(APS)
now as you rotate the grip , the APS value should increase accordingly

Each tps shall move as you move the APS
Be aware that the firmware is the ecu will not put full throtlle when aps is full , cause there is no need of engine power when the bike is not moving
So the only thing you will see is the two TPS moving in synch , going up to 15%, then getting low even if you keep aps full open
