Bought a used 2014 Ducati MTS 1200 and Melcodiag connects to the bike but it does not pull any of the information necessary for requesting a license.  I know that the previous owner loaded the Tuneboy cruise control onto it.  Could that be causing the problem with Melcodiag pulling the ECU and VIN information?

there is some garbage yes:


ELM is not capable to catch some PID and data 
i'd try an other one

Yes, I ordered another one a couple of days ago just in case.  Will let you know how it goes.  Thanks for looking.
